Service Description

We are thrilled to speak with you about your ideas and how we can bring them to life. We require all potential clients to complete a 30-minute consultation to discuss design services, explore brand identity, review design contracts, and ask as many questions as possible. Your consultation fee is put towards your service. If you cancel your consultation without notice under 24 hours, you will forfeit your consultation fee.

Cancellation Policy

Please email info@artsyrella.com at 24 hours prior to your scheduled session if you need to reschedule your consultation. If you miss your scheduled session or cancel under 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $30.
