What services do you provide?

Artsyrella specializes in graphic design and visual arts.  We provide various services within our graphic design and visual arts services. Out biggest service is logo designs and flyers. You can go to our design page to view all of the services we offer.

What should I expect from my service?

We provide hands on services and encourage our clients to be a part of the process because we understand how important their business is to them. We really value helping others and having our clients excited about their final product. With all design services you can expect a 15-30 minute phone, FaceTime, or Zoom consultation to discuss your ideas and ask questions about services. All services include a contract and a 50% deposit (non-refundable). The remainder 50% will be due at the completion of service. None of our services can be provided  until all deposits are paid. 

What form of payments do you accept?

We accept payment from all major credit cards through PayPal. We only accept cash if we are receiving payment in person. All cash transactions will receive an e-mail or text receipt. We do not accept checks.

I did not receive my order verification e-mail. What do I do now?

If you did not receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 business days of your purchased order please contact us through e-mail or in our contact us page.

How long will it take before I receive my package or service?

Clients receiving graphic design services will receive a completion date during their free consultation. Average design turnaround time for digital files are 8-10 business days. For any print or marketing products (banners, business cards, shirts, etc.) please allow 1-2 weeks for production and shipping.

Customers buying merchandise from SALUTE x Artsyrella and our Art Store can expect shipping to arrive within 1-2 weeks. Majority of our merchandise is made to order which takes up to 1 week to produce and up to a week to ship. Tracking numbers are sent out once packages has been shipped..

What is your return policy?

​We do not accept returns, refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales and deposits are final. All jewelry purchased through SALUTE x Artsyrella have free repairs. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase. If you received a product from our design or visual arts services each request will be addressed case by case.
